The students at Mallard school did some Lucky Charms graphing. They sorted and graphed the marshmallows bit pieces. They calculated the cereal piece mass and the percentage of total marshmallow bits per box.

“Calendar Math” Everyday we use the date to come up with as many number sentences as possible! On January 12th, the kids worked together to come up with 32 different ways to make the number 12. ” Solids ” We have been learning about the States of Matter in Science and had a brainstorm session where the students came up with 49 different examples of solids that they find in their everyday lives.
Slime making at Lightly School. The students researched SLIME recipes and tried out a few different ones to see which ones worked best. The winner was the TIDE slime!
